Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pk6game" refers to the pk6game platform, website, and all related services operated at pk6game.bet.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account with pk6game and is accessing or using any service offered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual to access pk6game services.
• "Platform" refers to the pk6game website, mobile interface, and any application through which pk6game services are accessed.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR-denominated virtual credit balance held within a player's pk6game account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentive granted by pk6game to a player.
• "Wager" refers to any bet, stake, or game round placed using real money or bonus funds via the pk6game platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process conducted by pk6game to confirm a player's identity and eligibility.

References to "these Terms", "this Agreement", or "the Agreement" mean these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time. Headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the pk6game platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. pk6game strictly prohibits access by individuals under this age.
2. You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
3. You are not located in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the pk6game platform, nor have you been subject to a self-exclusion request that remains active.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of pk6game or any of its affiliated technology or content providers.
6. You are acting in your own name and for your own account. Creating or operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

If pk6game determines at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this Article, pk6game reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all pending bets, cancel all bonuses, and withhold any balance pending compliance review.

Account Registration & Security

To access pk6game services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following rules apply to all pk6game accounts:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
• All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. pk6game will never ask for your password through any channel other than the official login interface.
• You must notify pk6game immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pk6game is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their credentials.
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or operate your pk6game account — is strictly prohibited.

pk6game reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

pk6game processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment rules apply to all accounts:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same account. This rule exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• pk6game does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which pk6game accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. pk6game reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification procedures.
• Any funds deposited into a pk6game account are held in a segregated player funds account. These funds are not used for operational purposes by pk6game.
• Players must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. pk6game complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions where required.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pk6game offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above. pk6game reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each welcome bonus is available to a new player only once. Attempting to claim a welcome offer multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible game contribution rates, minimum odds, and expiry date are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Game contribution rates vary. In general: slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. The specific rates applicable to any bonus are stated in the relevant promotion page.
• pk6game reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already accrued by players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.
• Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within their stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

Any player found to be engaging in systematic exploitation of pk6game bonus structures — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming — will have their bonuses voided and account reviewed for potential suspension.

Betting Rules & Casino Play

All bets placed through the pk6game platform are governed by the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the pk6game system. A confirmation reference number will be displayed upon successful placement of any wager.
• pk6game reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. Players will be notified and any stakes returned in full in such cases.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays during periods of high latency or data feed interruption. pk6game accepts no liability for in-play bets placed on the basis of information the player has received ahead of the platform's own data feed.
• Betting limits — both minimum and maximum — apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet placement interface. pk6game reserves the right to impose personal betting limits on individual accounts where it determines this to be appropriate.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer draws. Game results are final and cannot be reversed following settlement, except in cases of a confirmed technical malfunction.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot spin, pk6game's system will complete the round and the result will be recorded according to the platform's game history log, which shall be the definitive record.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk6game platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or multiplayer casino formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game to generate profits. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are subject to reversal.
• Using the pk6game platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity, including making deposits with the intention of withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures by registering a new account during an active self-exclusion period.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal claims with a payment provider in bad faith where the gaming activity was conducted legitimately.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the pk6game platform — including but not limited to the pk6game brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pk6game or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk6game platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any pk6game content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any pk6game software or application.
• Framing, mirroring, or embedding any part of the pk6game platform on any external website or application.
• Use of the pk6game name, logo, or branding in any context that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk6game's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk6game shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Platform unavailability, outages, or interruptions caused by events outside pk6game's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
• The content, reliability, or security practices of any third-party game provider whose titles are hosted on the pk6game platform.

Responsible Gaming

pk6game is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its duty of care to all players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions are a binding part of these Terms:

• Players may set personal deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wager limits directly within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming may activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Players who need a longer break may request a self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.
• During any active self-exclusion period, pk6game will not send promotional communications to the excluded player and will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from registering a new account.

pk6game strictly adheres to the 21+ age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Any person who suspects a minor may have accessed the pk6game platform should contact our support team immediately at the contact details provided in Article 14.

Privacy & Data Protection

pk6game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at pk6game.bet/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, pk6game collects personal information including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of:

• Account registration, verification, and maintenance.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals securely.
• Complying with KYC, anti-money laundering, and responsible gaming obligations.
• Improving the pk6game platform and personalising the player experience.
• Communicating relevant promotions where the player has provided marketing consent.

pk6game does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with licensed third-party service providers only where necessary for platform operation and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

Amendments & Termination

pk6game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk6game will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the pk6game platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

pk6game may suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling account closure.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds and any amounts under investigation) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance review.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licensing framework under which pk6game operates.

In the event of a dispute between a player and pk6game, the following resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Players should first contact pk6game's support team directly, providing full details of the dispute. pk6game will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
2. Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved informally, the player may escalate to a formal written complaint addressed to pk6game's compliance department at the contact details in Article 14. Formal complaints will receive a written response within fifteen (15) business days.
3. Independent Arbitration: If a formal complaint remains unresolved, either party may refer the matter to independent arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body specified in pk6game's licensing jurisdiction.

Pending resolution of any dispute, players are not entitled to withhold any amounts owed to pk6game, and pk6game will not withhold any undisputed player balance.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. All previous versions of the pk6game Terms and Conditions are superseded by this document. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
